Chapter 1 My village was small with only about 800 people it has houses barns and small farms

we also had a town hall. My name is Tamu and Im a Confucian that is the best warrior in my village. It was a mid summer afternoon I was having tea with my dear little brother he is only 16. My brother is a Daoist and the trees spoke to him the said there was going to be a huge flood. We ran out to the moat with buckets and stared taking water out of the moat then it stopped. The water had stopped coming over the wall we saved the village and hundreds of people, we heroes. The town thanks us gave us gifts, food, and generous donations. Life was good for then for that matter. About a week after the flood a tall man nocked on my families door. He gave me a message that said, You have been selected to supervise the men working on the Kings great wall you have 1 day to say your goodbyes and gather some of your belongings. We said good-bye to my mother my friends and my neighbors because the next day I would leave to go on a journey that would change my life forever.

Chapter 2 After many weeks of walking thats when I saw it the wall it was huge at least 30 feet tall. We were about 1 mile away and it still stood out like no other. When me and my men got to the wall the top general gave 6 days to complete a massive part of the wall. With in the first 15 minutes my 315 men were all working, some moving bricks and others placing the bricks. After 15 hours I told them to get back to there camp you get 3 hours. I walked to the camp dished out rice to the first 100 that got there. I walked back to my one little hut but on the way I saw a messenger he was taking to the top general that gave me my orders the messenger was saying he was from Beijing, I couldnt quite hear what they were saying but I thought I herd something about a threat to this section of the wall but I thought it was nothing after that BANG! It came from my camp when I got there I saw that two men were fighting over a bowl of rice. I ran over to them and broke it up when just then I saw who it was one of the men fighting was a friend of mine from my village Chamusu. He smiled and gave me a hug we laughed and look at each other but then I could see a look on the other mens faces jealousy the other men were getting mad they could see how I might favor him over them. So I had to make my move fast get of your buts and start working on the wall I said It was the 50th day and so far so good only 25 got hurt and 8 died two of sickness and two of them fell of the wall and most because it was just to hard for them. Chapter 3 We ran out to fight I was nervous I was always the best fighter in my village but I had never been in a real battle. I could feel the ground shaking and there were hundreds of horses coming my way I was scared to death. Fire, I told the archers we hit at least 20 of them I ran to the men and stabbed one of them in the gut he fell to ground as I saw blank face just looked at me in pain. I tool out my bow and shot some men for now we were winning for now at least. Just then I saw a man he was at least 8 feet tall he was just taking on my men 5 at a time he just terminating my army. Just then he turned his back because someone had just hit with an arrow, this was my chance. I ran to him and sliced his upper leg he groaned in agony then looked at me. I got this one, he said. Our swords clashed we were in a one on one fight now he went at it for at least 20 minutes then I finally made the last

devastating blow, I hade cut of both of his arms it was over for him. I barked at my troops to get behind the wall for our secret weapon. I got my men up the wall and on the ramparts we then pulled out the dragon rockets and rifles. Bang! Bang! Bang! We 1e were destroying them blood from both sides were covering the ground as far as the eye could see. The battle went on for about two days and just when I thought it was over I mob of 400 men came over the horizon. I saw the general leading his men straight torts the wall then they stopped about 300 yards away it was silent. Just then they all pulled out there long bows Fire, said the general. My men hit the deck and laded flat out on the ground. I could hear men screaming in pain. I hopped on my feet they were charging that second I saw the boy that told me that the moguls were coming, I take a bow from a dead man at my side I fire the arrow it flies and gos right through his shoulder he dropped to the ground. We fired how rifles and cannons and took them out 10 at a time. When there were about 50 men left I sent me and my other 40 best men on to the battlefield. Just then I felt they most agenizing pain in my life, the General had just put a knife in my shoulder I then turned around and faced him this ones mine he screamed at his men. I was facing the man in charge if the largest empire in the world in a fight to decide my mens fate. He pulled out a throghing knife and through it I smashed against my sword I saw that he was off balance I ran and I then ran to him and then kicked him to the ground I kicked in the chest several times blood was starting to come out of his mouth It sounded like he was trying to say something to me but I then just started to flay his face and cut off one of his feet and then

After the last of his men saw this They ran back to Mongolia but we shot them with our bows before they could get there it was now over we had won the battle. I had lost almost all my men had been killed but we came out in victory. I was gathering all my things because they said we had done enough for china. But just as I was leaving a man ran up to me He was panting I let him catch his breath. After 20 seconds he told me that the emperor had been told about my bravery and has granted me the honor of being an imperial scholar in the Forbidden City. Chapter 4 I arrived at the gate of the Forbidden City, the gate creaked open. I was in a chariot with a seeder roof and gold trim; there was wine beer and the best pork I had ever had. We stopped at the foot of the emperors palace I got out and walked up a late stair way and into the palace. A man called me over to a room with a bubble bath. I got in to it there were people washing my hair and cleaning me from head to toe. It was the first bath Id had since I was at my village 65 days ago. When I was done they gave me a silk pants silk shirt and a silk robe to put over it all. It was the good life. The same man that showed me to the bath took me up 5 floors and into a room there was a man at a table I looked at him for a moment then I realized it was they emperor. He had me sit down with him we talked for about 1 hour before they showed us to my room. It was huge I took a nap to catch up with my sleep because a got 3 hours of sleep a night when I woke I was told to go to a meeting. At the meeting they were talking about a peasant army. The general was saying that they might attack tonight and try to over through the empire.

They asked me what I thought. I told them that they should keep a close eye on the gate and get all of your men ready. The ground was shaking I looked out my window there were at least 3000 men charging at the kingdom with pitch forks, shovels, and few had real weapons. I ran out to the general he and his men were ready for battle you coming he barked at me. It would be my honor, I yelled back. I put on armor grabbed a sword and hopped on a horse and rode out to the gates. They were pushing on the gate fore hours till the gate finally gave blow. The gate fell torts the other side it fell on 100 me and killed them all. Fire Canon balls took out men 5 at a time. Within the first hour it was 500 men against the empires 100 best. This time it was man-to-man combat we fought for was seemed like a thousand and 32 years. Just then I saw an arrow fly through the sky I watched it go right though the generals forehead I looked at the man who shot the arrow I was furious. I charged at the mob of men sliced my path do the man that killed the general and my sword and drove it right though his neck. I turned around and kicked a man to the ground began to fight like never before I had probably killed 150 men by the end of the battle but it was all worth it because we had one the war. The emperor thanked me thanked me for leading his army to victory twice. He called me a hero and the people of china respected me more than the emperor himself. He also said people will know your name till the end of time and if there was anything I wished it would be his command. So bent over and whispered to his ear can I go home and not have people following me so can have peace, all he did was nod.
