BOATING Safety SEMINARs

Would your club like to present important boating safety information to your members? Does your club want to engage more with its members and add value to their membership? Why not host a seminar on boating safety?
Transport Safety Victoria (TSV) has arranged for well known presenter Doug King to deliver seminars across Victoria. They are generally delivered on weeknights, outside the peak holiday season, throughout the year at no cost to the host club.

Doug, supported by other subject matter experts, will use visual presentation tools to engage the audience while informing them about topics including: navigation safe operation use of marine radio and emergency procedures weather forecasting resources preventative vessel maintenance trip preparation the regulatory environment offshore operations inland waterway operations inflatable PFD maintenance safety equipment. In addition, TSV will provide a prize and draw a winner at the end of the evening.
