Personal Statement: I am currently studying in my final year of BSc Honours Degree in Audio Engineering, after successful completion of the BSC Degree in Audio Engineering. I am the student representative this year for the class. I was also awarded Student of the year last year for NQ Sound Engineering; this award is given in recognition to an outstanding performance by students and acknowledges them for their skills effort and dedication. I work well as part of a team and I am capable of working as an individual with passion and drive which is evident in my personal development. I seek solutions to challenging situations and always try to remain positive. I posses great people skills and dont find it hard to communicate effectively.
Key Skills: - Ability to work on my own initiative and as part of a team. - Experience of customer care/service and dealing with complaints. - Excellent oral skills, written communication skills and telephone manner/handling. - Ability to coach others and draw up personal development plans. - Willing to undergo further internal or external training.

Perth Hospital Radio (Voluntary work) Unit 7, Perth Royal Infirmary, Perth.
Responsibilities: Collecting requests round the wards of the hospital and searching and retrieving tracks for the request show. Radio presenter training.

MFY Music for Youth, 3rd Floor, South Wing, Somerset House, Strand, London, WC2R 1LA.
Responsibilities: Gathering different groups of children that were arriving from different schools and music clubs from around Scotland. To the Perth theatre making sure they were allocated to rehearsal and changing rooms within the theatre and then accompanying them to the stage for performance keeping to the schedule given.

Responsibilities: Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints (problem solving), Coaching staff members in all aspects of their job and working with them to produce realistic personal development plans and further training. Analysing the market and other competitors to our own service and rolling the findings out in presentations to management and staff. Covering as a manager during the holidays. Delegation, time-management and working to deadlines.
