Two Easy Ways to Receive Your Pay Statements Electronically A Simple 4 Step Process

ePost Registration
1) Go to: www.epost.ca and create a new account. 2) Complete the Activate My Mailbox section with required information. 3) Add a Mailer - Search for and add Ian Martin Group.

4) Enter your Postal Code & Assignee ID: Your assignee ID is issued by the Ian Martin Group and can be found on your latest paper paystub.

Youre finished! Your next pay statement will arrive and youll receive an email notification, prompting you to log-in to ePost and view your statement. If you have any questions or need technical assistance, please email websupport@ianmartin.com and our Corporate Services will pick up the phone and troubleshoot with you.

Online Banking E-Bill Registration
1) Go to your banks website and login with your existing online banking username and password. 2) Sign up for your banks E-Bills Service which allows you to receive mail statements, including pay stubs. (Banks which currently offer this mailer service inclue: RBC Royal Bank, CIBC, TD Canada Trust, National Bank of Canada, Laurentian Bank, Scotiabank, BMO and Mouvement des caisses Desjardins.) 3) Add a Mailer - Search for and add Ian Martin Group.

4) Enter your Assignee ID: Your assignee ID is issued by the Ian Martin Group and can be found on your latest paper paystub. (see above.)
