New Baltimore Service District Planning Committee

Please join us on Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at 7:00 pm in the Forum at Auburn Middle School on Riley Road for a presentation and open discussion on the New Baltimore Service District Plan

Overview
The New Baltimore Service District Planning Committee, appointed by Scott District Supervisor, Holder Trumbo, has been working this past year on an update to the New Baltimore Service District Plan. This update focuses on transportation improvements in the service district and also includes more specific recommendations on the development of the commercial triangle area bounded by Route 29, Riley Road and Broad Run Church Road. The Fauquier County Department of Community Development will be hosting a community meeting which will include a presentation on the plan recommendations and the opportunity for questions and comments.
