Behavior Management Plan Level: Elementary School Duration of Intervention: Approximately 5 months Goals: 1.

Students will listen and follow directions when given to them. 2. Students will not act negative towards their peers. 3. Students will adapt their behavior to the classroom environment. Target Replacement Behaviors: 1. Students will learn to raise their hand when wanting to speak. 2. Students will keep their hands and feet to their self. 3. Students will learn to go in a quiet area when they are not following directions. Level: Middle School Duration of Intervention: Approximately 5 months Goals: 1. Students will listen and follow directions when given to them. 2. Students will learn to respect their peers. 3. Student s will not be disrespectful to their instructor. Target Replacement Behaviors: 1. 2. Students will raise their hand in class and will not speak unless called on. Students will be sent to the office if directions are not being followed.

Level: High School Duration of Intervention: Approximately 5 months Goals: 1. Students will listen and follow directions when given to them. 2. Students will learn to respect their peers and not be disrespectful to their instructor. 3. Students will be on time to class. Target Replacement Behaviors: 1. 2. Students will learn in an environment where they will respect each other After being late four times, students will then have detention.
