A Universal Programming Cable for Radios

The programming cable is intended to be used with a computer RS-232 port for programming radios and other devices. The main goal of this cable schematics is inverting signal levels. That is because COM port's logic one is a low voltage level, logic zero is a high voltage level. Another goal is the correct voltage level transformation with regard to the real radio programming circuits. And nothing must get burnt... Schematic diagram
