2. Committed speed is available only under 3G networks.

3. to take any pack, type the code (example- D31) then send sms to 111 (free). package will be activated instantly.

4. To know remaining limit dial *152#. Or type U and send to 111 (free)

5. apn is 'wap'. Or to get auto settings, type SET and send to 738 (free). save the setting by using pin 1234.

6. For limited packs, unused data will be carry forwarded if you take the same pack again before expiring the validity.

7. 15% VAT applicable.

8. for unlimited packages, at present there's no FUP. But after server works completion it could be applied. to know your usage in unlimited package, type U and send to 111 (free).
