She uses democratic leadership styles where whatever decision that she makes, she must refer to the school board for their suggestions. The senior assistant creates a good working environment where the other teachers could do some discussion, debate and share ideas and encourages them to feel good about their involvement. The examples of issues that were brought up during the meeting were truancy among the students, school suspension, schools budget which are relevant and important so that there is no wastage of time.

She also had leaded the school to attain the best secondary school with the highest examination result. The senior assistant always monitors the teaching and learning process among inexperience teachers. The democratic approach is obvious here when she will discuss with the teachers in their teaching if there is any lacking in certain areas.
