I recently moved to Dunkeld to study Music at Perth College UHI. I am currently completing my HNC at College and my intention is to continue with my studies on to degree level. At present I am also dividing my time between my studies, my band work and my role as a supervisor at the Cooperative Food store In Dunkeld. Through my studies I have developed my skills as a musician and composer and have been writing and performing indie folk songs with my band, Tailors. We have been given the opportunity to record some of our music in a professional sound recording environment. We have recently begun organising a small tour which will take place in venues throughout Scotland this summer. Another aspect that has arisen from my academic pursuits is my keen interest in composing music for soundtracks. I have acquired a detailed knowledge of Digital Audio Workstation programming, a skill which I look forward to developing and exploiting in future endeavours. WORK HISTORY
