February 19, 2013 Dear Manager: The Chandler Senior Expo 2013, presented by the Chandler Mayors Committee

for the Aging, is rapidly approaching. The Expo will be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2012, from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m., at the Chandler Community Center, located at 125 East Commonwealth Avenue. The Senior Expo will provide invaluable information for those Baby Boomers (50 yrs.+) as well as the older adults. We are seeking the assistance of local businesses for contributions to the event in the form of food sampling or paper products i.e., paper plates, napkins, and cups. These donations will help to provide refreshments for the seniors who attend the Expo. In addition, we are collecting door prizes to be given away to those who attend the event. The donated certificates, gift cards or services will provide your business with additional pedestrian traffic through your business.
