• Worked as Commis II in The Landmark Hotel a five star property at Kanpur, had
independent exposure in making bakery products Since Dec. 2001 to March 2004.

• Worked as Commis I (Shift incharge) Supervising a team of 5 persons in The Beans

Republic a well known name in Institutional Sales having Clientele of NDTV, Aaj-Tak,
American Express etc. Since April 2004 to June2005.

• Working as CDP (Patissier) Supervising to night shift which have to make all Desserts
final product ready to plating for 2500 Guests Everyday with different Menu.We serve
everyday four kind of desserts in Dining Room, Four kind of desserts in buffet two types
of jellos one kind of mouse two types of cookies.In Carnival Cruise lines(USA) a
most popular name in cruise company in the world.Our company follow all the rules &
