honible argument which results in Clementine choosing tci have her memory erased of their
relationship. She does so through aNew York City company ca_lled Lacuna Inc. which uses
lucaner amnesia to cause yotr mind to forget certain merhories. Ioel is devastated to hear of the new and chooses to undergo the process himself and slowly, his memories of her fade. Shortly after they meet on the train they come across their lacuna records, fall in love again, and auempt
a new

life together like it was before. This movie is a good example of how rational decisions in

someone's life about love and the improper use of technology can cause harm and a lifetime regret.
