Spinach Pulav Very simple, fast and healthy food.

Spinach - 1 bunch - Nalla clean pani, chop it Onion - 1 - Nalla finea chop it. 1 teaspoon - chilli powder 1 teaspoon - garam masala pinch of pepper powder. 1 tsp - Garlic, ginger paste 1/4 teaspoon - green chilli paste (2-3 green chillies yeduthu araichukoonga, or idichukoonja if you are fine ti eat the chillies in the food 1/2 carrot - nalla shred pani vachukoonga 1 spoon - butter or ghee 1 spoon - jeera Basmati or any other rice - 1 cup Method ===== (1) 1 cup of basmati rice cook panikoonga. Basmati pidikaathavanga can use anyother rice, but basmati na nalla irukkum. once done, keep it aside. (2) 1 spoon of ghee or butter pottu, add jeera, then add the onion, let it turn brown. (3) Now add the ginger-garlic paste and chilli paste. simla vachu make sure the raw smell of garlic goes away. (4) Then add the masalas - chilli powder, garam masala and pepper powder. (5) Add the chopped spinach and salt. oru 3-4 mins nalla cook aagatum, medium fire la irukatum stove. (6) Spinachla irunthu vara water itself is enough for the spinach to cook. (7) Now add the mix to the rice and then add the carrots and corriander leaves. Goes well with chips/raita
