Turkish partner will pay for refreshments during the 9.30 - 12.30 meetings. As host orgaisation we will buy dinner for all our partners on Monday evening. Lunch will cost partners15 Turkish Liras per day. With dinner costing approximately 30 Turkish Liras each per day. (1 Euro is 2.51 Turkish Liras); it means you will pay about 12 Euros for lunch and dinner each day per person. We will organise resturants that have a selection of Turkish Traditional foods. If there is anything you especially want to eat will in Turkey please do let me know and we will try to arrange this for you. At the dates of the meeting Turkey will be cool and maybe colder in the evenings so please bring warm clothes. Neriman BALIKCI HOTEL Recommended Hotel: AKGUN HOTEL ELAZIG ( It is closed to Elaz Anaokulu) 5 minutes walk to the place where we will meet. I recommend you AKGUN HOTEL ELAZIG as it is very close to our institution and it is a really nice hotel. You can book online( www.akgunelazighotel.com/) or I can book rooms for you if you send me the number of persons and room. Each single room costs 125 Turkish Liras and it is 50.00 Euros for per night includes breakfast. Money You will need Turkish Lira in Turkey and Elaz. You can change-exchange in the offices or banks. 1 Euro = 2.51 TL Transportation You will all fly to Istanbul first and then fly to Elaz from Istanbul. Transportation from Airport to the Akgun Hotel Elaz: There are always taxis at the airport and you will have to pay 40.00 TL for transportation. ( About 16 Euros). If you need, we can come to the airport and can get you to your hotel.
