This document provides a recipe for loboda soup in 3 steps:
1. Sauté onions, carrots, celery, and dill and add to a pot with water and salt. Add rice and simmer for 5 minutes.
2. Add cleaned loboda leaves and simmer for 5 more minutes.
3. Temper sour cream with flour and add to soup while whisking. Remove from heat and add lemon juice and dill. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.

Ciorba de loboda - Preparare
1. In uleiul incins se calesc ceapa tocata marunt, morcovul, telina si patrunjelul taiat cubulete. Cand ceapa s-a inmuiat bine se adauga 2.5 l apa si se aduce la fierbere. Se adauga sare. Se fierb zarzavaturile timp de 10 minute. 2. Se adauga orezul si se lasa la fiert inca 5 minute. 3. Loboda spalata se curata de codite. Daca frunzele sunt mari se taie fasii, altfel se lasa intregi. Se adauga loboda in ciorba si se fierbe in continuare timp de 5 minute. 4. Smantana se freaca cu faina si se aduaga 4 polonice de supa fierbinte peste ea, amestecand tot timpul. 5. Se da focul la mic sub ciorba, astfel incat sa nu mai clocoteasca. Smantana temperata se toarna in ciorba, in fir subtire, timp in care amestecati tot timpul in ciorba. Se lasa ciorba pe foc mic inca 5 minute. Mai amestecati in acest timp si fiti atenti sa nu inceapa sa clocoteasca. 6. Se stinge focul sub ciorba. Se drege ciorba de sare. Se acreste cu suc de lamaie (am pus 4 linguri). Se adauga tarhonul tocat. Se acopera ciorba cu capac si se lasa sa stea 10 minute.
