REVERSE THE DRILL

Changing Positions: as soon as 1 passes to 4, she sprints diagonal to the first passer position on the opposite sideline. After 2 passes to 4, she sprints to the second passer position on the opposite sideline. After 3 hits 4 with the pad (and 4 shoots), 3 immediately turns & sprints with the pad to the opposite basket. 4 will rebound her shot, take a clear out dribble outside the lane, pass to 1 and the drill begins again.
