Dear Sirs, Release of [THOMAS LUGERA] (hereinafter referred to as the Player) We refer to the above matter. We wish to inform you that we and the Player have, from the date hereof, mutually agreed to let the Player join any football club of his choice on condition that he will be joining the said football club strictly on a long-term loan basis. In the event that such football club would be interested in making the Players move permanent, fresh negotiations must be entered into between us and the interested football club to effect the move permanently. We further wish to inform you that, the interested club shall be responsible for all the wages and allowances payable to the Player, medical expenses and any other relevant overheads of the Player for the period of the loan. In view of the foregoing, we confirm that the Player is (from the date hereof and for the period of the loan) relieved from all our clubs duties and responsibilities. We hereby acknowledge and agree that we have no claim whatsoever against the Player for breach of contract or any other claims or demands arising from his request to join any football club of his choice strictly on a long-term loan basis.
