Procedure: 9 Premix phase A stirring slowly between each addition; 9 Add phase B ingredients to a separate container. Homogenize until complete solubilization; 9 Add phase C ingredients waiting for uniformity before adding the next ingredient; 9 Add the contents of phase C to phase A. Combine slowly phase B into phase A+C; 9 Add phase D with slow agitation;
