Dilated canalis of servix with Hegar busion number 6,7,8 curretage sistematically according clock rotation start from 12 hours direction with sharp spoon curret Tissue was found from endometrium about 15cc. Endometrium tissue result was put into bottle that consist of formalin for Anatomical Pathologic Assesment. Currettage had continue until had been sure is clean, currettage had been stop. Bleeding about 20cc. Aseptic and antiseptic at external genital region. Kohel tang and sims speculum had been release. Aseptic and antiseptic external genital region and around currettage. Currettage finished at 8:15 am.
