General Instruction Regarding Minority Scholarship (201112)

(A) Applications have been already invited for MCM Fresh & Renewal for the year 2011-12. In this year the applications will be filled up online by the students as per the Online Scholarship Management System. After filling up of the form the students will download the print of the form and submit in their institutions by 16.08.2011. The form should have the following enclosures :(1) Passport size photo with signature. (2) Self attested affidavit on Non Judicial stamp paper regarding income of parents/guardian. (3) Self attested affidavit on Non Judicial stamp paper regarding declaration of being minority community. (4) Domicile certificate issued by competent authority. (5) Marks sheet of qualifying examination. (6) Attested photo copy of fee receipt. (7) Attested photo copy of date of birth. (8) Details of bank account on the format verified by the manager of the bank.(with IFSC code)

(B) Applications for Post Matric Scheme will be invited as per instructions from Govt. of India.

(C) Student s have to apply for the above scholarships from the districts where they are studying. If they are studying in any institution in Rajasthan. If any student is studying in any institution out of Rajasthan, then he/she will apply from their home district.

(D)Student shall deposit the duly completed forms with required documents in the institutions where they are studying till the last date given.

(E) Renewal is a continuous process. Renewal application may be forwarded by the District Minority Officer whenever the date is given the Directorate.

(F) Students are well advised to open their bank account in SBBJ as it is the link bank for the Treasury Office in most of the districts of Rajasthan. This will ensure the speedy disbursal of scholarship in their bank accounts.
