Manufacturing Tea

First of all, the tea leaves are plucked at the same time they are gathered into a basket. After being gathered, the tea leaves withered for 18 24 hours with the purpose of drying them. In the next stage, the tea leaves are rolled for 2 3 hours. After rolling, they are fermented for 0,5 5 hours and then fired in fire box for 30 40 minutes.

When the tea leaves has been fired, they are cut, sorted, and graded, and then packed in tea chests to be exported. Afer being exported, the tea is tasted and auctioned. In the final stage, they are packed and ready for sale.
