Shiny-smooth-gold effect with PASTA PERLATA ORO

Spray gold paste and polyurethane resin, smooth with a damp brush, dry in oven at 60-80C, Hot press at 120C for 5 seconds and 40 kg/cm2. Cure in oven at 140C for 20 minutes. Rinse in water at 40C for 15 minutes. Turn in hot tumble dryer for 30 minutes.

Produce permanent wrinkles with NEARFINISH HPU by spraying, then dye with direct or reactive dyes.
NEARFINISH HPU can be applied on garments to give permanent wrinkles, it differs from glyoxal resins in that it does not affect cellulose resistance and its final dyeability. Spray NEARFINISH HPU at 60% (600g/l) where wrinkles are required, then spray all-over (to level eventual differences). Dry in oven at 50-60C, create the wrinkles, cure in oven at 140C. Rinse in water, Dye with direct or reactive dyes.

Starting from garment already conventionally dyed black with reactive dyes, create a used effect imitating pigment dyeing in dark shade. Cationise at 40 C with NEARSTONE PD. Run 5 minutes, add: NEARFIX PF. Run 5 minutes, heat to 60C, run 15 minutes, add NEAROPACIZZANTE AV Keep at 60C for 30 minutes. Rinse well with fresh water. Soaping Biopolishing Softening

Create creases with plastic tags, dip into dye liquor made with DYE-MET inorganic pigments and PASTA NEUTRA, impregnate at room temperature then squeeze by hand. Hang dripping then dry in oven, cure at 140C. Scrape by hand. Spray with permanganate. Neutralise. Stone wash and soften.
