My thesis is about improving parameters of production in meat products industry, especially a product we call parizer.

I find this subject especially useful and interesting because it is about a working technological flow commonly used in romanian meat industry and requires an improvement in order to save energy, materials, meat and labor. In my work I emphasized more on the correct functioning of the equipment present in a meat unit. It is very important for the machines used to be properly manipulated, that means that they have to be cleaned with adequate substances in order to preserve the surface materials, they must repaired and maintained correctly by people who have knowledge in such matters at specific period of time. The equipment in this industry is very important because of it depends the final product, if the machines are not working properly there may be more use of meat which means the establishment will spend more money and labor work in order to obtain a final, secure product. Being a student at this faculty made me concern more about what we eat, what is right and wrong. Im looking forward to apply my knowledge in order to help the society use secure, safe and healthy food.
