Quilt Format
What is “quilt format”?
-Like a quilt that has many different squares each with
a different image, your quilt project will have different
information on each square.
What information do I need to have on my Profession
Project?
There will be several parts to your project. Follow these
easy step-by-step directions to complete your project.

1. First pick one profession you are interested in to


research further.
2. Once you have decided on a profession search (using
whatever tools necessary- online research, ask people
involved in that profession if you can and if your
parents agree), answer the following prompts:
a. What do you need to do in order to work in this
profession?
b. What would your day-to-day life be at work?
c. What would you be expected to do?
d. What kind of training/schooling would you need
- What kind of school or training program
would you need to attend?
- How many years/ months would you
need?
e. Where/ what kind of places would you work-- for
instance- a
hospital if you’re a nurse.
f. How would you need to dress for your profession?
g. Who would benefit from your work?
3. Pictures- Show a minimum of 5 pictures that relate to
your desired profession. Pictures can include:
- people in the profession
- how you would dress for the job
- show what you would do on the job
-the people you would interact with
