    Travel agency told me that the hotel I was supposed to go to, is the best one they have, but When I got to new york, I was surprisingly and unpleasantly disappointed. My wonderful sea view, the travel agent assured me that I will have, was now a view to a graveyard of trash. I announced the authorities because that is not a place to spend a vacation to and I hope that other people will never go through what I did.

    LETTER OF COMPLAINT

    Dear Sir, I am writing to express my concern about my package holiday your travel agency offered to me at one of your hotels in New York City. When I went to the travel agency they told me that the hotel I was supposed to go to, is the best one they have, but when I got to New York, I was surprisingly and unpleasantly disappointed. The conditions there were awful. My wonderful sea view, the travel agent assured me that I will have, was now a view to a graveyard of trash. That place was infected also by bugs ! I announced the authorities because that is not a place to spend a vacation to and I hope that other people will never go through what I did. I demand you to give some compensation of my money back if not all of them!
