Scenario 1:
Mario organized a package tour for his family. He visited Golden Tiger Tours and
Co.’s website to check their different package tours. He decided to just copy the
inclusions of one of the agency’s package tours because he thought it won’t fit his
budget. It was Day 1 of the do-it-yourself (DIY) package tour that he organized and
things did not turn out as he planned. How can a travel agency improve their tour
experience?

MY PREDICTION WHY I MADE THIS PREDICTION

Travel Agencies mostly have partnership in Mario’s POV was to achieve a lesser

kneecap. Kappa Travels told her that they are not liable for her medical needs. What
could have been the reason behind it?

MY PREDICTION WHY I MADE THIS PREDICTION

If the accident happened without the
consent of the tour organizer then, it should
not be covered in their insurance system
because she did it on her own without the
organizers knowing.
As for availing a tour packages you must
follow the rules and regulations of the
organizers for safety purposes, because you
are a tourist on that island many accidents
can occur during your stay there so better
follow the protocols. Jennifer decided it to
 enjoy her own company without the tour
organizer’s knowledge and as for that they
are 100% not liable for what happened to
her. Because she decided it on her own
without the consent of the organizer’s.

Scenario 3:
Darcy is an Operations Manager, his family almost left him for being a
workaholic. He called up Red Dragon Travels to organize a package tour for his family.
Red Dragon Travels has been dubbed as the best in terms of tailor fitting their clients’
travel needs. What do you think is the reason he chose them to take care of their travel
needs?

MY PREDICTION WHY I MADE THIS PREDICTION

To achieve a worry-free travel trip you must
consult on a travel agency because they
specialize this industry and also for providing
quality services towards their customers. And
for choosing the highest numbers of good
feedback is a great deal because you can
assure that your trip will be memorable and
achievable.
Darcy choose to let Red Dragon Travel
agency to take manage on their trip because
he wants to spend a unforgettable trip with
his family, just to recover the time that he
didn’t gave to them way back then due to
focusing more in work. He then decided to
organize a tour package to Red Dragon
Travel Agency because of the good
feedbacks they received as they provides
excellent services and budget meal tour
packages to their customers. Exerting more
efforts about what your customers’ needs can
cause satisfaction to them and that
customers can become your loyalist or repeat
customers in the future.
