ANSWERS:

1. Lack of Communication and understanding because it is presented that Johnny is not


giving importance to his co-workers opinions and suggestions because he is a “know it-
all” type personality, he tends to have a cluster of personality characteristics, including
impulsivity, poor listening skills and an inability to read social cues.

2. In every company they give values to their senior employees who works with them
through ups and downs, they give them credits and as well as promotions. But in this
scenario Johnny as a senior employee is abusing his towards his co-workers as he is
superior and above them due to his seniority in the company.

 Unmotivated employees – other employees would feel unmotivated since their
opinions and suggestions are not being appreciated and they would hesitate always
in contributing their ideas, they would feel less and empty because of the toxicity in
their workplace.
 Limited knowledge – They say the best teacher is through experience but how can
they truly express themselves freely if their opinions are not recognize? Employees
would gain limited knowledge in their work place since they cannot work well,
because they would feel intimidated in asking questions and clarifications because
they will feel ashamed for themselves. Low chances of growth
 Lack of teamwork - The failure of a team can start from a number of reasons, but
the consequences are the same: factions are formed, battle lines are drawn,
communication stops and suspicion rises. Productivity and efficiency drop off
sharply and any kind of collaboration or innovation is next to impossible. And these
are all considered as red flags in a company because any of this can tarnish and
harm the flow of a company, its unity and solidity.
4. First is Johnny must know that he is not alone in their workplace, he must recognize the
values of his teammates and practice accepting everyone’s point of view because first all
it is for the betterment of the company. Second is he must try to adjust his self to cope
up and promote healthy leadership towards his subordinates. Last is showing respect
and giving advices to others to improve their knowledge and to create a healthy
environment inside their company.
