REFLECTION FOR WEBINAR

1. What have you learned from webinar?


- There are so many things that I have learned during the webinar. Such as,
respect other employees, be productive, and we shouldn’t be bias,
perhaps we should understand others point of view to have a peaceful
atmosphere.

2. How would you apply the webinar in your on-the-job training grounds?
- It can help me to enhance my personality especially in my OJT. To avoid
conflict with others. To completely finish my task without making problems
with other employees and co-OJT.

3. What are the top 5 words that stick in your mind and explain each the importance
of the word.
- Loyalty – we need to apply this in ourselves to make us more trusted
person.
- Confidence – lacking of confidence can ruin our job or our on-the-job
training because we don’t have enough fighting spirit to approach
someone especially to those who have a higher responsibility of the
company. Confidence can help us to communicate well to the people
around us especially to the employees of the company.
- Teamwork – to make our task more easy, we need to make a teamwork to
achieved completely our task. Without it, our team task will be failed, and
can possibly eliminate us in the company where we work.
- Listen – we need to listen the instructions, advice, and tips of our co-
employee/co-OJT and the head of the company to flow freely our ideas to
make a good output of what the task we handle.
- Respect – we should respect others, same as how we respect ourselves
to make a good conversation with other people. Make our job more
enjoying, no problem at all. All we need to think is only how to solve the
task not how to solve misunderstanding with other people.
4. In your own words why do you think confidentiality in the workplace is important?
- Confidentiality in the workplace is important to maintain trust with other
employee and the customer of the company. To secure the important
details and information of the company and the client to make us more
productive.

5. Give an example on how to solve a conflict and explain in your own words.
- For me, we need to gather all people who involved the problem and listen
to them clearly to avoid misunderstanding, we should not be bias. If we
don’t understand their point of view, we need to ask them a question to
clarify their side and to have a peace of mind.
