2. PAYMENT CRITERIA for booking is as:
customers have to pay 50% as advance
payment for booking which includes visa
and International flight. After visa
confirmation pending payment must be
released by the customer for hotel
booking and other pick up drop
facilities.
3. Flights can be direct or connecting that
depends on the availability of tour date
and time and also on group of members
availability.
4. LUGGAGE allowance depends on the
availability of the Flight, if customers
want more LUGGAGE allowance then
they have to pay as per flight
requirement. If a person wants more
baggage allowance then they can add
 and pay the extra allowance amount
5. In case of any delay or cancellation of
flights from the airline's end, FLYING
LEADER PVT LTD will not be
responsible and the itinerary will not be
shuffled due to any delay in flight.
6. FLYING LEADER PVT LTD will not be
responsible for Visa approval or if a
person is deported or refused to enter
the traveled country for any reason.
7. If for any reason you have to leave the
tour early, you will not be entitled to any
refund. We will not be liable for any
expenses incurred to you as a result.
However we will try with our best of
capabilities to make the arrangements
that you can return to the nearest airport
safely. All expenses arising due to
evacuation are to be paid by you.
8. If the behavior of any member is likely to
cause distress or harm to themselves,
our member of staff or other team
members, our local FLYING LEADER
PVT LTD Guide/Staff reserve the right to
terminate their tour at any time and they
will have to make their own
arrangements; we will not be liable for
any expenses incurred as a result. We
will not entertain any claims arising in
case such actions are taken by our staff.
9. As it is likely that in these sorts of tours
weather must be taken into account. If
conditions are such that we have to
change arrangements, or we can’t follow
the suggested itinerary due to bad
weather, we will not be able to provide
any sort of refund. If there are any other
circumstances including but not limited
to riot, political unrest, court or
administrative orders, natural or other
disaster, nuclear incident, terrorist
activity, and we have to cancel a tour as
a result of these circumstances, we will
not be able to provide any sort of refund.
10. Once the payment is deposited, it will be
non-refundable as the hotel payments
and visa payments are always
non-refundable.
11. If there is early check-in then breakfast
will not be available and if a customer
wants early check-in then he/she may
have to pay to the hotel for early
check-in facility or late check out too.
12. Hotel check - in will be at 2:00pm.
13. Any sightseeing ticket and burj khalifa
ticket is not including the mentioned tour
package.
14. HOTEL rooms will be shared and we
book normal standard rooms and the
window view is not committed or any
sight seeing view from the room. Rooms
will be shared as it will be a group tour
but for family and couples they will be
served with one single room.
15. If you're traveling near any special days
or festivals in Dubai then the hotel may
charge a surcharge from you.
