PhilstatesI[Phil]haverun2X3phasemotorsmyselfusingtheDCmotorcircuitandtheyoperate perfectly.Ihaveuseda12voltgolfbuggycartmotorandalsoa36voltDCmotorthatIbelievecould havebeenoffanelectricscooter.

Togiveyouanideaofthetypesofresistance'sofaDCmotorthatcanbeusedwiththeRV,the12volt motoris0.9ohms.The36voltmotoris2.8ohms.BecauseIhavespentmanyyearsinventingcircuitryfor DCmotorsimprovingthereefficiencyIhavealsolearntwaystoochangetheirtorqueandtemperature operation.VirtuallyallDCmotorscanbeadjustedsotheyruncooler,andthiswedobylooseningthe boltsthatrunthroughthemotorandretardthecasethatsupportsthepermanentmagnets. AnotherthingIcanassureyouoffrommyexperienceisthatyoucanalsogetrunawayinthisclosed loopsequence.Thisiswherethereturningenergyliftsthebatteryvoltageby2or3voltswhichinturn liftstheoutputoftheinverterbymanymorevoltswhichinturnnowliftsthereturningenergybymany morevoltsuntilwherethebatteryisunabletooholdasteadyvoltagebeingovercharged.Thisiswhere somethingwillblow. Thisiswhereweuse2batterieswheretheyalternate,sooneisrunningtheloadwhilethegenerated outputischargingtheotherbattery.Afterashortperiodoftimewethenswitchinthechargedbattery towork,andswitchintheotherbatterytoonowbecharged.Sowithasimplerelaycircuit,theDC motorcanbechargingasecondbatteryforsometime,thenthisbatterycanlatterbeswitchedintoo nowruntheinverter.
