Turtle Pumpkin Pie

Makes 10 Servings Prep time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
cup plus 2 Tbsp caramel ice cream topping, divided 1 Graham pie crust (6oz) cup plus 2 Tbsp pecan pieces, divided 1 cup cold milk 2 package Jello vanilla flavour instant pudding & pie filling 1 cup canned pumpkin 1 tsp ground cinnamon tsp ground nutmeg 1 tub (8oz) Cool Whip topping, thawed, divided

Directions:
1. Pour cup caramel topping into crust; sprinkle with cup pecans 2. Beat milk, dry pudding mixes pumpkin and spices with whisk until blended. Stir in cup whipped topping spread into crust. 3. Refrigerate 1 hour. Top with remaining whipped topping, caramel toppings and pecans just before serving.
