    Suggestions and recommendation

    The proprietor should take chare immediately and fire those employees who are underperforming. Immediate steps shoud be taken up to win back the old clients Infuse fresh breath into the organization by hiring young lawyers.

    Promotional measures like website and others should be taken up. More emphasis should be laid on getting the desired results for the clients rather the increasing the immediate number of client. A system of follow-up of the client satisfaction should be set up.

    Organizational framework should be properly established with well defined authority, responsibility and communication channel.
