2. Explain the business entity in large business, and example?

Answer:
From my perspective the form of incorporation for a business is
referred to as a business entity. Corporations and limited liability firms are
two typical types of legal entities. When a company incorporates, the law
recognizes it as a separate legal entity with its own set of rights and benefits,
including the ability to execute contracts and acquire property. In its most
basic form, a business entity is an organization formed by one or more
people to do business, trade, or participate in similar activities. There are
many different sorts of business entities—sole proprietorships, partnerships,
limited liability companies, corporations, and so on—and the entity type of a
company determines both its structure and how it is taxed. The decision will
also have serious legal and financial consequences for your company. The
amount of taxes you must pay, as well as the simplicity with which you can
obtain a small company loan or raise funds from investors, is determined by
the company entity you choose. Furthermore, your risk exposure is
determined by the structure of your business company if you are accused.

S. Whats the different between the sole proprietorship and partnership, and what
govemment agency to be registered on that kind of business?

Answer:

Sole proprietorships and partnerships are conventional company structures

that are straightforward to establish and maintain for their owners. The number of
owners is the key distinction between the two. You are the single owner of a sole
proprietorship (in some states, your spouse may be a co-owner). You will work
with at least one co-owner when you form a partnership. When it comes to
business licenses and name registrations, sole proprietorships and partnerships
have the same duties. You are still responsible for various business licenses and
permits even if you don't file formation paperwork with the state to form a sole
proprietorship or a partnership. All businesses must get a local license or
permission in some towns and counties.
