POLICY To work in a safe manner to meet the requirements of company's EHSQ policy. The objective of this instruction is to enable the Factory personnel to follow a healthy working practice while cutting the IBC in the Plant or Lab. SCOPE

The scope of this i nstr uction is the control of EHSQ during the disposal of any roducts in the Com an 's roduction I lab units.
PPE to be worn: Stand ard PPE (Suitable Safety shoes and hi visibility coveralls) Plus other PPE instruction to be f ollowed according to the requirement in each areas I operations.

METHOD 1. Number of people required to safely operate this process: The process will not be started without this number of people. Start up:2. IBC cutting operator should wear leather gloves before the operation starts. 3. Operator should make sure the IBC is safe to cut, ie it is free from chemicals or empty. 4. Use the wood cutting saw to cut the IBC and make sure that it is safe to do the operation. 5. While cutting, the operator to get a helper to hold the IBC properly.

6. Operator should not keep more than minimum required IBC near the activity area. The operator has to make sure that he is not obstructing the nearby activities.
