I registered for postpaid to prepaid migration 15 days before and I submitted all the necessary proof and other required documents in the office here at RS puram. One week before my network got disconnected automatically and when I went to office the replaced with a new Sim card and charged Rs 50 for replacement and when I sent a mail to applette authority and didn't get any response instead my network is now totally goe and till now I didn't get any proper response
