Punjab Medical Entrance Test (PMET) is an Entrance examination conducted each year for admission to various bachelor medical courses. Punjab Medical Entrance Test is conducted by Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot on behalf of Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU), Amritsar.

Eligibility
Age 17 years on December 31 of the year of admission. Academic qualification XII Std or equivalent with 50% (45% for SC/ST) aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English taken together. Candidates who have appeared in the qualifying exam may apply. Candidates should be medically fit.

Exam pattern The Punjab Medical Entrance Test (PMET) test paper consists of 200 objective type questions. Each correct answer carries four marks and there will be one negative mark for each wrong answer. The test duration is 15 minutes. The questions will be from the 10+2 subjects such as Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
