All pad sizes come in 1/4, 1/8 and 1/16 thicknesses.

These are our two standard pad sizes. As you might expect, thicker larger pads cost more than thinner smaller pads. These two pad sizes are used for both Lexan (hard surface) pads and Dye Sublimation (soft surface) pads. Both type pads can be printed with gradients (blends) using either spot color or four color process (photographic quality), with or without a full bleed (printing all the way to the edge). Full bleed printing requires the artwork to be 1/4" bigger on each side. This adds 1/2" to each dimension. Therefore, artwork for a Small pad (7-1/2" x 8") should be 8" x 8-1/2" and for a Large pad should be 8-1/2" x 10". Remember that this extra bleed area will not be printed on the pad. Do not put anything in this area that you want to have printed. The same warning also applies to the rounded corner areas. Other pad sizes and shapes are available on special order. We also have a 7-3/4 x 9-1/4 with 1 corner radius pad the same size as our silk screened pads. This pad costs the same as the large pad shown below.
