    1. Reference: Letter from BGEN RICARDO C MORALES addressed to the C, PNP dated February 12, 2013 with subject same as above. 2. This pertains to the letter from BGEN Ricardo C Morales (Ret), FICD, President and CEO of Armed Forces and Police Mutual Benefit Association, Inc. (AFPMBAI), that they will be having their nationwide vaccination program coincide with the World Hepatitis Day on July 28, 2013. 3. ITCON, interested members who have already received their Hepatitis B vaccine in the past, that may require follow-up/booster shots may avail the said program. 4. Further, apart from this they will be needing assistance from our medical officers and nurses to work hand in hand throughout the said activities. .5. In this regard, submit to this service (Attn: MSD) list of names of members (AFPMBAI) and may we request names and total strength of our medical doctors and nurses within your AOR to support this program using format attached herewith NLT July 15, 2013. 6.
