LEAP Summer Enrichment Day Camp 2013 In Focus Photography Camp Field Trip Permission Form July 2013

Dear Parent/Guardian(s), As part of our In Focus photography camp, we would like to take a walking excursion off of the WLU campus on Wednesday, July 17, 2013 (alternative rain dates would be July 18 or 19). The goal of the walking excursion would be to take advantage of the photography opportunities that exist at the park, that dont exist on the WLU campus. There is a far greater selection of vegetation and flowers at the park, there is the Loop boardwalk around the pond, and there are several species of animals. The walking excursion would be supervised by myself and the number of volunteers who are part of the LEAP program. Campers would need to wear comfortable walking shoes, layers of clothes appropriate for the weather conditions (hat, sun glasses, sunscreen), and a backpack (or bag to carry their supplies with them (camera, lunch, etc.). We would leave for the park at first break and stay over lunch until second break. Please return the following:
