5: Segments and Their Measures Help for Exercises 2225 on page 32 Before solving Exercises 22-25, rewrite the Segment Addition Postulate for each exercise. For example, the relationship defined by the Segment Addition Postulate for Exercise 22 may be written PQ + QR = PR. In each of the exercises, you are given a figure showing a line segment divided into two segments. Look closely at the figure and determine whether you need to find the length of the entire segment or the length of one of its parts. Finding the total length is modeled in Example 2 on page 29. Finding the length of one of its parts is modeled in Example 3, also on page 29.
