Objectives: \ + |Get in to the area to access the damage & see if there are people we need to help Set up a staging area near facility Set up our Command Center in El Dorado \Satellite office will be at Bill Tumage’s home Get satellite phones to dur people Barry Jeffery will be in charge of getting boats and helicopter for Claibome & Ernie to do flyover and makerassessment + |Jim Britt will be our contact person te eee Called Bruce Dumesil with Big Daddy's Helicopter Service requesting helicopter service. Pl a -opter will leave Galveston and stop at Sugarland Airport to pick up satellite phones and bring them to the satellite group in Baton Rouge. Claiborne and Emie will meet A-Star Helicopter @ 11:00 AM in Baton Rouge to do a flypver of the area. John Laing will be flying commercial to Baton Rouge and has 8 satellite phones. Jobn Laing has Emergency Response boats going to Baton Rouge. ‘© Boats will take our Emergency Response crew to the refinery, wait on them to |” assess the damage and bring them back to Baton Rouge. |o We have approval from Coast Guard to go in.
