1. Describe work in progress at time of inspection 2. Identify Deficiencies - describe the deficiencies and identify the associated hazard level (low,
medium, or high) Note: Medium and high hazards require immediate resolution.
FREQUENCY OF INSPECTION
Depends upon the: stage of construction risk known to be in the area volume of problems on rectification revealed in previous inspections accident record
