This is a movement of developing attitude towards reservation, saving and intelligent use of members money. Through collective small amounts of every members money, the cooperative can collect enough money to be used for business and service-giving projects for the members. SMMPC is the biggest people-initiated and mass-oriented organization in Taguig. It was established by REV. FR. ANTON PASCUAL (presently President of Caritas Manila and Radio Veritas ) in Taguig in 1991. The cooperative now has around 18,0000 members and still growing! Its members are active PAF, PN, PM military, civilian personnel, all AFP pensioners and dependents of ACDI members.
