    Irvine Triathlon Day - 3 August 2013

    Directions: Northwood High School (City of Irvine) It is easy to get to. Take 5, exit culver, turn on Portola and itll be right there. Honestly, just google it. Changing Area Try to show up at the NHS swimming pool around 8AM. Text me if youre gonna be late, and text again once you arrive. Follow my status tweets: @ahoyjmai There is $4 charge to swim in the pool, and there is a small locker and changing facility. SWIM
    Laps in Northwood pool. 1 length = 25 yards Baby - 0320 m = 0.20 mi = 14 lengths Sprint - 0800 m = 0.50 mi = 35 lengths Olympic - 1500 m = 0.93 mi = 65 lengths
