FRANCIS HOWELL NORTH Future Business Leaders of America

Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) is a national organization that serves over 215,000 high school members. Missouri FBLA is a state association of FBLA with over 15,000 members in over 400 chapters across the state. The FBLA mission is to bring business and education together in a positive working relationship through innovative leadership and career development programs. Co-curricular activities include career exploration, civic service, economic education, and technical skill advancement. FBLA also works to encourage and support entrepreneurship. FAQs: 1. How do you join FBLA? Members must be taking at least one business course during the school year. 2. How much does it cost to join FBLA? $20 for the entire school year (this includes a tshirt)!

3. What is the main thing you do in FBLA? Compete in various business events at District competitions, State competitions, and National competitions. 4. When are the meetings? Meetings are held before school at least once a month and as deemed necessary.

5. Who runs the organization at Howell North? Mrs. Winship (advisor) and the officers.
