    The matter became a public scandal after attorney for the rape victim accused the three male judges of abusive conduct, when they asked the rape victim to get on her fours and demonstrate the rape scene. Her complaint was rejected by Presiding Judge of the Israeli Supreme Court. He claimed that the complaint was without foundation, based on review of the tape recording of the hearing. In response, attorney for the rape victim claimed that there was no tape recording of the hearing at all!
