Albendazole syrup 200 mg/5 ml 200 mg tab [may be crush/chew then swallowed] Amoxycillin susp 125 mg/5 ml Ampicillin susp 125 mg/5 ml Appeton & Multivitamin Bisacodyl Supp. 5 mg, 10 mg Bromhexine syrup 4mg/5 ml Cephalexin cap 250 mg Chloramphenicol Ear drop 5% Chloramphenicol Eye drop 0.5% Chlorpheniramine maleate 2mg/5 ml 4 mg tab Cloxacillin susp 125mg/5ml Co-trimoxazole syrup 240 mg/5 ml Crotamiton cream 10% Diphenhydramine syrup 7mg/5 ml (pediatric) 14 mg/5ml (adult) EBB (Benzyl benzoate emulsion) 25% EBB 12.5% EES susp 200mg/5ml 200 mg stat (below 2 yrs) 400 mg stat (above 2 yrs) 10-25 mg/kg tds 10-25 mg/kg qid (up to 7D of life = bd, 7-21D = tds) Appeton: 0.5-1 ml (below 1 yr) MVT : 5-10 ml 2.5 mg (below 1 yr) 5 mg (1-5 yr) 10 mg (above 5 yrs) 0.3 mg/kg tds 7.5 mg/kg qid or 15mg/kg bd 2-3 drops (some advocate 4) tds-qid Less severe: 1 drop (bd) tds-qid Severe : 1 drop 2hrly then reduce frequency 0.1 mg/kg tds-qid 2 mg qid (6-12 yrs) 4 mg qid (12-18 yrs) 15 mg/kg qid TMP: 1.5-3mg/kg bd Pruritus: bd-tds Scabies: od (some advocate bd) 1-2mg/kg tds-qid
