1) I have generous amounts of giving and receiving both student and teacher feedback.

Good and bad experiences have come about from peer work shopping. There is quite a spectrum of students- those who provide insight and detail, and those students who state a mere two sentences. A successful peer workshop is fully dependent upon the students working together, challenging each other, and creating a constructive environment. 2) Revision- Typically done after the peer workshop, revision consists of thoughtfully reading students comments and opinions, and making changes as he/she sees fit. Editing- Typically done by you, one reads and rereads the paper before turning in or before the peer workshop. Editing is an individual task, mainly because it consists with grammar corrections, and sentence structure. Overall, it is necessary for the completion of both tasks, as they are contingent upon a good, well completed essay. 3) My only concern about the peer workshop is to make sure I am fully able to give my questions and opinions fully and thoughtfully. I truly would like to help my peers to be challenged, and stimulated in this classroom environment, creating and analyzing their paper on a deeper level. 4) According to Straub, I learned how to sound and where to put my comments. Firstly, its important to be a friend to my classmate, as I provide clarification or confusion on the paper. Secondly, I must talk to the writer and be a helper. Straub recommends putting both comments on the margins and at the end. Marginal comments will be quick and short, while comments at the end allow for summaries and final questions.
