Chief Financial Officer Middle East Competitive package dependant on experience As Chief Financial Officer your primary focus will be the engineering management of the major projects in Highways and the associated Drainage and Utility infrastructure. From developing timescales for traffic engineering, modelling and utilities for all works to liaising with the external project stakeholders, you will be responsible for: Authorise all project and corporate related payments as per the Table of Financial Authority. Deliver robust financial and corporate governance by establishing state-of-the-art financial processes and controls. Ensure that statutory financial requirements are met as per applicable regulations. Lead the External Audit processes. Represent the company in the financial community and shareholders. Align the financial policies and procedures with the overarching company strategic objectives. Deliver and report on the work plan and budget to stakeholders Ensure that the Finance function delivers reliable, timely and accurate financial information and data. To be considered for this opportunity you must meet the following experience, qualification and attributes; Qualified Finance executive with a recognised financial and accounting. Minimum of 15 years of total experience of which minimum of 5 years of practical experience in a senior level finance executive position. Experience in large project organisations. Experience of managing and executing strategic financial plans. Experience in successfully managing a budget and reporting. Good understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
